Nina Pfaffenbach, Realtor, will help to answer these questions in this informative discussion and will bring you up-to-date with the current market conditions on Oahu.  Nina is a full-time Realtor with Landmark Real Estate, LLC and works with both first-time homebuyers and “seasoned” buyers and sellers.
